Bongani founded the firm with a vision to build an independent, high-integrity sustainability advisory rooted in African realities and global standards.
He holds academic qualifications across Science (Physics and Chemistry); Chemical Engineering; Education, and Sustainable Development — culminating in a Master's degree in the discipline. He also achieved advanced training at Cambridge University, Oxford University, IMD in Lausanne, and RENAC in Berlin, in climate change, sustainable finance, and green hydrogen.
He designed and implemented ESG frameworks across investment portfolios and collaborated with global development financial institutions such as the IFC, AfDB, KfW, and the NDB. His work focuses on aligning ESG integration with long-term enterprise value and responsible growth.
